   CBCARE Center is first point of contact for the general public through which cantonment residents can avail any service being provided by Rawalpindi Cantonment Board. It stands for Cantonment Board Citizens Assistance and Rapid Execution. A one window facility offered by Rawalpindi Cantonment Board to facilitate its residents. CBCARE Center endeavor to provide not only facilitation for submission of applications but also ensure rapid execution / processing of the applications. It aims to improve and maintain work quality for better service delivery. CBCARE staff works with commitment and dedication to achieve targets to improve service delivery mechanism.

CBCARE Mobile Application

 A mobile Application with the name of CBCARE is also available on the Apple Store and Android Play Store. The Mobile App serves as complementary channel for coordination between RCB residents and Cantonment Board. Residents can download the application through their iPhone / android phones.
